Boy Meets World creator Michael Jacobs has revealed that he initially opposed the idea of making a sequel show.
Jacobs will now serve as exec producer on Disney's Girl Meets World but told Entertainment Weekly that he felt a "natural reticence" when first approached about the follow-up.
